What we do not collect
We do not log your browsing history, the domains or IP addresses you connect to through the tunnel, your DNS queries, or the contents of your traffic.
We do not sell, rent or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
What we do collect
Waitlist: your email address, the platform you selected, and the path of the page you signed up from. It is used to tell you when that app is available.
Account and subscription: once apps launch, an account identifier and the subscription state Apple reports to us. Apple processes the payment; we never receive your card details.
Support: the contents of emails you send us, kept only as long as needed to resolve the request.
Aggregate app diagnostics: crash and connection-failure counts that are not tied to your browsing.
Legal basis and retention
We keep waitlist entries until launch notifications are sent or you ask us to delete yours, whichever comes first. Support email is kept for up to 24 months. Subscription records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Email privacy@deseovpn.com to request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EEA, the UK, California or another region with statutory data rights, those rights apply regardless of where we are established.
Where we are
HAUS GROUP LLC is a limited liability company organised in New York, United States. We consider it more honest to state that plainly than to imply a different jurisdiction: our protection against data demands is that we do not hold browsing records to hand over.
