Network
Server locations
Global network — locations listed on the Servers page. This page is the single place those locations are published, and it only ever lists what has been verified.
The verified list is not published yet
Almost every VPN site opens with a server count. We have chosen not to print one until each location has been verified, because an inflated or rounded-up number is the easiest lie in this industry to tell and the hardest for you to check.
When the list lands it will appear here as a plain table of countries and cities — the same list the app uses, with nothing counted twice.
How we think about the network
Why a bigger number is not a better VPN
Where, not how many
A location near you and a location where you need to appear matter. A thousand servers in places you will never select do nothing for your connection.
Virtual vs physical
Many providers count virtual locations — a server elsewhere presenting an IP address registered to another country. When we publish our list, virtual locations will be labelled as such.
Capacity over count
Ten uncontended servers beat a hundred saturated ones. Capacity per location is what determines the speed you actually get.
