Why DESEO
Built on claims you can check
VPN marketing has a credibility problem: inflated server counts, guarantees the seller cannot honour, and audits from years ago described in the present tense. We are new, so the only thing we can offer instead is a site where every claim is checkable.
Six commitments
What we will not do
We do not print numbers we have not verified
There is no server count or country count on this site. When the list is verified it will appear on the Servers page, item by item, and it will never be rounded up.
We do not borrow other people's audits
Our no-logs policy is currently self-declared. Self-declared. We will publish an independent audit when one is completed. Until then we will not use the word "audited" anywhere on this site.
We do not promise refunds we cannot give
Purchases are handled by Apple In-App Purchase. Apple manages all billing and refunds, so DESEO cannot issue refunds directly.
We do not claim features the platform blocks
The service supports WireGuard, OpenVPN and IKEv2. The iOS app ships with IKEv2/IPsec because Apple has not yet granted our Network Extension entitlement — so WireGuard on iPhone is listed as coming soon, not as a feature.
We do not pretend to be shipping
No app is live. iOS is in build and heading to App Store review; every other platform is in development. There are no store badges anywhere on this site for that reason.
We do not sell your attention
The waitlist stores your email, your chosen platform and the page you signed up from. It is used to tell you the app is live. It is not sold, rented or shared.
Where we are weaker
The honest disadvantages of choosing us today
- No app has launched yet — you cannot use DESEO today at any price.
- Only iOS is close to release. If your main device is Android, Windows or a TV, you will be waiting.
- No published independent audit. Established providers have several.
- No verified server list yet, so you cannot check whether we have a location you need.
- No free tier and no trial on the monthly plan — the trial is on yearly only.
- Refunds sit with Apple, not with us. We cannot override their decision.
Who we are
The company behind DESEO
DESEO VPN is operated by HAUS GROUP LLC, a limited liability company organised in New York, United States. Pricing is $11.99 monthly or $59.99 yearly, billed through Apple, covering 5 devices at once.
Being a US company is a real consideration for a privacy product, and we would rather state it here than bury it. Our answer is technical rather than rhetorical: we do not keep the records that a demand could ask for. Read the no-logs policy and the transparency page before you decide.
Hold us to it
Join the waitlist and check this page again at launch. Nothing on it should have quietly changed.
